	Chad came to us from Northwest Baptist Church in Ardmore, OK; where he served as Associate Pastor of Youth and Education for almost 6 years. He has also served as youth minister at churches in Shawnee, OK and Azle, TX. Chad also brings extensive pastoral care experience, having served as Director of Pastoral Care and Volunteer Services at Unity Health Center in Shawnee, OK for 5 years. Chad was born in the shadows of First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City at St. Anthony Hospital. He is married to the former Tammy Lynn Bates and has a 22 year-old step-son Joshua Craig Hileman. He and Tammy adopted Jonathan Connor Fetzer soon after his birth in 2003.
