First Baptist Church	Valir Hospice to honor caregivers at free luncheon on November 18
	Valir Hospice will host a luncheon on Sunday, November 18, honoring those who presently serve as caregivers for family or friends with long-term health issues. The event begins at 12:00 noon in the Coffee Shop at First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City, 1201 North Robinson. The luncheon is free and will include no program or speakers. "Caregivers often feel isolated and seldom have a chance for fellowship with others in similar positions," said Rev. Beth Ogburn, a chaplain with Valir Hospice. "We want to provide this chance for them to come together and enjoy lunch with others walking similar paths to theirs. November also happens to be National Caregivers Month, so we chose this time to let caregivers in our area know that we're here to support them." Valir Hospice provides numerous services to reduce the physical, emotional and financial burdens encountered by patients and their families.
