Building a community of faith	Small Group Ministry
	First Baptist offers a variety of small group opportunities designed to offer more intimate community experiences. Every Sunday morning at 9:15 our congregation offers small group Bible Study Classes for every age group. Our adult ministry offers fourteen diverse classes designed for people to learn about the Bible with people their own age or in similar life circumstances. Our Men’s Ministry offers two small group options. On Monday mornings we have a small group option for those living or working in the central city. Every other Saturday morning a second group meets at Java Dave’s at 9:00am for a discussion and fellowship. The Saturday morning group is currently working through the faith implications found in Tony Dungy’s book Quiet Strength. There is also a men’s backpacking group that joins together for at least two camping experiences a year. Our Women’s Ministry stages regular retreats and special events. Informal gatherings such as a Craft Night allow plenty of time for friendships to develop. A Bible study for younger women meets twice monthly in western Oklahoma City. Women's Bible studies are always in development. Call now to see if there is one for you! In addition the church offers two small group Bible Study options in the Northwest part of our city for couples. Several other small groups are in the planning stage.
