	First Baptist Church of Oklahoma City is within arm's reach of Oklahoma City University and the Oklahoma University Health Sciences campus. A quick car ride would land you in the center of the campus at Oklahoma City Community College or Southern Nazarene University or Oklahoma Christian University. In addition to these nearby campuses, the Collegiate Ministries already includes students from Oklahoma University in Norman, Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, and Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Collegiate Ministries is a growing edge of ministry for First Baptist Church. In recognition of the nearby campus ministry opportunities and the emerging collegiate student population within the church, the church has launched a weekly Sunday morning Bible study for college students, with plans to quickly expand this study into undergraduate and graduate level classes.
